I build, ship, and run my own apps.
Solo developer in Bangalore. Eleven featured projects across mobile apps, web products, a Node.js + MongoDB backend, and a stocks-analysis stack — all run by me, on hardware in my house. I commit most days.
Daily activity → daily ships.
Every square below is a day I shipped, refactored, fixed, or kept the lights on across GitHub contributions and self-hosted Gitea commits.
The indie shelf.
Apps and products I'm actively building, maintaining and monetizing. The Play Store cards above (and a couple of web products) are the day job.
One developer. One stack. Daily output.
I'm Sanjay — a solo developer based in Bangalore. I run a one-person software company: eleven featured projects, a Node.js + MongoDB backend on a 5-node replica set behind nginx, and a stocks-analysis web product. Everything runs on hardware sitting in my house.
I own every layer — UI, API, infra, deploy, support. That sounds like a lot, but it lets me ship a feature from idea to Play Store without waiting on anyone. Most days I commit to whichever app is closest to its next paying customer.
Before going indie I led mobile engineering at Kutumb (community + content app, scaled to millions of users) and built apps across enterprise (Trackkers' suite), beauty (Nish Hair), and lifestyle (Crafto, Instabill). The indie shelf above is what I'm building toward full-time.
When I'm not writing code I'm usually solo travelling, gaming, or tinkering with home-lab hardware that ends up running this site, the backend, the Mongo cluster, and an AI side-pipeline.
Best way to reach me.
Topmate for a paid 1:1, email for everything else. I read all of them.
